Great value for money and friendly staff .

Pros: Spacious and self contained . Great to have a lounge area and kitchen . Very comfortable bed and very cosy . Good shuttle bus into Banff. Would highly recommend .

Cons: Resturant not open every night

Pros: We have stayed here for many years. Love the kitchen and fireplace in the units.

Cons: We likely won't be able.to stay here in the future as the price is getting too high for us - cost keeps going but my income doesn't.

Cons: the pull out bed mattress was quite uncomfortable huge draft coming in from door, put ski bag in front to block it

Was a little skeptical about staying here after reading a few reviews however we had no issues with Rocky Mountain, we

Pros: Shuttle bus into town, shuttle into lake Louise ski resort, friendly staff, comfortable clean rooms

Cons: Shuttle would be better if it was when needed instead of certain times

Great hotel, shuttle schedule needs updating

Pros: The location was absolutely amazing!! The food was great, the staff were great, the rooms were comfortable. We were very happy with the hotel itself.

Cons: Our only issue - we came down for Skijor weekend and didn't rent a vehicle because when we booked I contacted the hotel to specifically ask how often the shuttles ran and were told every hour and to grab a schedule when we arrived. The buses did not run every hour making it incredibly difficult for us to plan our trips without having to walk the 45min into town, which we wound up doing every single day because it was easier than waiting on the shuttle.

Pros: Best stay in banff, the front reception lady was Soo sweet and let me have an early checkin.

Cons: Everything was great, will definitely come back

Amazing value stay

Pros: Nicely upgraded room with King bed, fireplace, and clean bathrooms. Staff were fantastic for all our requests with small children.

Cons: Toilet was running in the room, needed to be fixed

Pros: Its within the town limits, so u can still enjoy the nature by enjoying the amenities of town.

Cons: The thermostat in room No view of mountains when enjoying outdoor pool area.

Weekend stay in banff

Pros: The closest to Banff and privacy was very nice. Beds were comfortable, bathroom clean and shower was great

Cons: The appliances example the toaster, only toasted one side and billowed alot of smoke, which made us realize that there was no smoke alarm to be seen.

I recommend this place if you are visiting Banff

Pros: The wood fireplace was a Romantic touch. Bed was soooo comfortable. A full kitchen. Quiet facility.

Cons: The WiFi was very slow ☹️
