Pros: Everything was great. We were a group of six girls.We had a two-story room with a fireplace, three double beds, and a fold-out sofa. There was also a balcony with a mountain view—basically, all balconies there have mountain or forest views. We also had two bathrooms.The hotel also had a hot and warm pool, a sauna, and a grill area. The hotel is in a wonderful location in the mountains, and they give out passes so you can leave your car and get into town for a walk. I definitely recommend this place; for the price we paid, the hotel provided excellent conditions.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere was very cozy and relaxing from the moment we arrived. The room was very clean and we had a beautiful view, and the fireplace made the evenings feel especially warm and comfortable. The hot tub and sauna were great and perfect for relaxing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We stayed with my wife and child and all of us loved it. Everything was wonderful and we would happily come back again.

Cons: The only small thing I would mention is that the interior could use a little refresh. Everything was clean and comfortable, but a light renovation or update would make the place feel even newer.

Pros: Views were amazing, surroundings with the wildlife and trains absolutely love

Cons: Overcrowded pool couldn't go, carparking awful might be worth telling guests with small cars to park underground so big trucks can find a space Heat in room was to hot

Pros: We liked everything... except what we didn't like.

Cons: You'd expect if you're paying $684 for a two night stay, everything would work as it should, right? Well it did but only after a call to the front desk for a tub that didn't drain properly, hair conditioner that was either empty or the wall mounted dispenser wasn't working right, and to fix a fireplace damper that wasn't opening properly - which we found out the hard way because our apartment filled with smoke. Room decor and aesthetics needs updating but it's still a lovely place to stay.

Great experience, would stay again

Pros: Everything we needed and staff were very helpful. Convenient shuttle to the town with passes provided upon check-in. Each of us also got our own room card. We enjoyed the complimentary firewood and indoor fireplace. The full kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals in a cozy atmosphere.

Cons: Not all the elements on the stove worked, so that took a bit of trial and error to figure out. It ended up not being an issue, though maybe it would be nice to have a note to save us the puzzle solving. But it didn't detract from our experience.
