Perfect for a stay in Banff with everything you may need

Pros: Sizeable room and nice to have cooking facilities. The bus into town was ideal, ran regularly and pick up and drop off was right outside the accommodation

Cons: Rooms were dated but didn’t affect our stay!

Had a great time as family! Property could use some updates though.

Pros: We thought the staff and amenities were great especially as a family with kids.

Cons: We felt the hotel could use some updates.

Pros: Loved the rooms and the full kitchens, the hot tub and pool was fantastic!

Pros: The hotel has a wonderful location, attentive staff, and complimentary bus tickets. The water park and outdoor jacuzzi overlook the mountains. The wood-burning fireplace in the room creates a special atmosphere. Thank you and see you again.

Lovely location away from the centre with easy access into town on shuttle bus

Pros: Great location liked being just out of town but walkable to centre and shuttle bus too ! Nice cozy accommodation and very helpful and friendly staff

Cons: Everything was very clean and tidy and functioning but would say the whole place is quite dated which showed in places

Great place to stay

Pros: I liked the accessibility and the ease of communication with the resort.

Cons: The resort had everything necessary to sleep at night and to start the day except for a coffee filter to use in the coffee machine and the water drain in the bathtub was very slow.

Overall okay but will be better if pillows and comforter are newer.

Cons: Glass doors cannot open Some curtain hooks missing so curtain dopping Bathtub very slippery when wet. Pillows and comforter smell and insufficient blankets Sofa very uncomfortable.

Pros: The location was very close to the main street. Dedicated parking spots for each room.The water slides and the hot pools were really good and enjoyable. The room service was prompt. The room had all the necessary utensils and equipments were all working perfectly.

Cons: The room keys were very finicky. Always had to reprogram it at the reception to get into the room.
