Relaxation definitely achieved!
Pros: The outdoor hot tub was way above what I expected. I loved how it was tucked away facing a mountain. The water was hot at all times and the staff was always around to ensure cleanliness.
Cons: The restaurant food was so bad. I ordered salmon and fish tacos and I couldn't even eat it. So expensive for dried out fish and random seasonings that just don't make sense. I'm not a picky eater at all but this was gross. Did not even bother ordering breakfast in the morning. We went to A&W.. Won't be eating at the restaurant if I stay at the hotel again.

A wonderful place to stay for a winter weekend escape to the mountains!
Pros: The hotel was great, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and responsive to all of our requests. The room was clean and comfortable. The hot pool was a great way to wind down and relax on a wintery day...Definitely would stay again!
Cons: Bought breakfast in the restaurant. Service was excellent but overall didn't find it to be great value for what was received.

Perfect as always
Pros: We absolutely love staying here and return once or twice every year. If you’re planning a trip to Lake Louise, the location couldn’t be better right at the exit toward the lake. The views were stunning, and the facilities had everything we needed. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience — great atmosphere, style, and service. We would happily return again.
Pros: We stayed here for my birthday, and it was the perfect choice. We absolutely loved the hotel. The service is at a very high level, and you can truly feel the attention to guests’ needs and details. The presentation of the coffee and tea was especially impressive — beautifully packed in a stylish little bag. In the room, there were lovely coffee brewing tools and a convenient kettle. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into every detail — from the handles on the nightstands to the cups and the blanket that matched the hotel’s style. The room itself had an incredible view. We would love to come back and spend more time sitting on the balcony, simply enjoying the mountains. The hot tub is definitely the highlight of the hotel. 10/10
Cons: A few small suggestions for even more comfort: -We were brought a dessert, but there were no plates or forks in the room. -We were a family of three, but there were only two cups and two glasses. -The bathrobes were wonderful — such a nice touch; but disposable slippers would be a great addition. -There was no toilet brush in the bathroom. -The shower did not have a refillable body gel.

Excellent, beautiful stay in Banff!
Pros: Excellent! Exceeded expectations, photos exactly like real life, staff were so lovely and the outdoor spa was amazing. We would 100% go back next time we are in Banff

Amazing, will be my go to spot in Banff
Pros: Our room with the Mountain View was amazingly beautiful. Hotel staff and cleaning staff were on point and friendly/ welcoming.
Cons: The only thing I feel that was missing would be that I wish there was a cold tub with the hot tub/ sauna.

Pros: Wonderful hotel. Facilities and lobby were A-class. Hotel allowed a very early check in without any extra cost, very accommodating and restaurant downstairs was fantastic.
Cons: Mattress topper is noisy and pillows uncomfortable. Heater also noisy kicking in during the night.

Pros: The beds were comfortable, the hot pools felt amazing and offered nice views. The staff were helpful accepting a dress and flowers and delivering them to our room for our wedding. Great photo opportunities outside for wedding photos. Australian staff in the cafe because Australians and Brazilians make the best coffee, whilst having Canadians in the restaurant to still give the cafe the Canadian hospitality served with the world's best coffee.

Wonderful stay, everything we hoped for and more
Pros: Great hotel, large room, clean, tidy, all the amenities you need. Sudden Sally and their cafe was incredible. The food, cocktails, coffees, juices. Not one in I could fault. Love the hot pools and a sauna, the decor and ambience of the hotel were beautiful. The staff were so friendly and helpful, simply put, we had an incredible experience
